I am interested in serving leaders and organizations that desire to understand reality and pursue new interpretations and behaviors for their own and others' flourishing. The following services outline how I walk alongside others toward integrity and human flourishing.

Coaching Conversation
Slowing down on our own is difficult. Coaching is an intentional way to partner with another to slow down. We will explore what is currently happening in order to get into action on what is important. I work with clients to consider how best to move into the next chapter of leading and living.

Consulting
I work with organizations to discover reality; to engage deep questions; and to find new ways of operating. Whether engaging conflict for restorative culture, transitions in leadership, or culture change, I walk alongside organizations, groups, and teams to find new ways of interpreting and acting. I do this through process consulting, teaching classes/courses, and speaking/preaching.

Teaching
I have more than fifteen years of teaching at the graduate level (masters, professional and research doctorate) in the areas of spiritual formation, missiology, leadership, ethics, organizational culture and change, and research methods.

Research
Discovering what is happening and why is a key learning process for leaders and organizations. Gather, analyzing, and disseminating data is often beyond the scope of organizations. Research takes time and energy that is difficult to find while engaging in an organization's central purpose. I utilize quantitative and qualitative methods to explore questions organizations need answered. I enjoy working independently and as a member of a research team.

Pilgrimage
Pilgrimage is a practice to wake up to new ways of living and leading. I am available to help you from afar or to walk with you on pilgrimage.
I engage at the level of your desire; this includes helping you plan, walk, and process pilgrimage. I am also available to help you integrate the experience into your ordinary and daily life upon arrival home.
